When can I expect my order to ship and arrive?

Shipping

1. Your order will ship within 1 to 5 business days. The delivery is within 7 to 20 business days for US and 10 to 25 business days for International Shipping.
   • Still within 5 business days from the order date.
     • Your order will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. If your order is shipped sooner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number sent to the email address provided during checkout.
     • If you don't receive the tracking number by the 5th business day, please check your Junk/Spam folders.
     • If you didn’t receive the email, please email us through our Contact Form page so we can check.
   • Beyond 5 business days from the order date.
     • If your order has not shipped on the 6th business day, rest assured that we have a dedicated Team who is aware of this delay and has done the necessary escalation to our Fulfillment Team.
     • Please allow us an additional 3 business days to update you with your tracking number.

Delivery

1. It’s still within 7 to 20 business or 10 to 25 business days.
   • Here are some reasons why tracking information may not be available:
     • The initial scan may occur when the package arrives at a regional hub near its destination, which is common during high shipping volumes when packages are processed in bulk. Until this scan happens, the carrier might not acknowledge receipt of the package.
     • The first scan may not occur until delivery.
     • There could be a delay in updating the tracking database.
     • Some shipments, like Standard International shipments, may not be trackable. However, rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 20 (for US) or 25 (for International) business days.
     • If 20 or 25 business days have passed and your tracking information hasn't been updated, please allow an additional 5 business days for delivery. Typically, packages arrive on or just after the 20th or 25th business day.
   • Beyond 30 (for US) or 35 (for International) business days.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?

1. We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
2. Transit time depends on the shipping speed you select and is measured in business days. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are generally not included in the transit time unless a weekend delivery option is chosen at checkout. We also consider holidays when calculating transit time.
3. or certain delivery dates, we may display an "order within" countdown timer. This indicates the time frame within which you need to place your order to receive it by the shown delivery date. Please note, this date can change before you finalize your order. Your order confirmation email will include the confirmed delivery date.
4. For Free Shipping, your order will be delivered within 7 to 25 business days. We process and ship orders in the most cost-effective way to provide free shipping. If your items haven't shipped yet, don't worry. While it may take a little longer than expected, we will ensure your order arrives within the 7 to 25 business day window.

Expedited Shipping

1. For us to provide you with the most affordable item, we seldom offer expedited shipping.
2. If it is available on the Shipping/Checkout page, the delivery is within 7 to 15 business days for US and 10 to 20 business days for International Shipping.
