- The initial scan may occur when the package arrives at a regional hub near its destination, which is common during high shipping volumes when packages are processed in bulk. Until this scan happens, the carrier might not acknowledge receipt of the package.
- The first scan may not occur until delivery.
- There could be a delay in updating the tracking database.
- Some shipments, like Standard International shipments, may not be trackable. However, rest assured that your package will arrive on or before the 20th or 25th business day.

How are shipping and delivery dates calculated?
- We calculate delivery estimates by adding the transit time to the estimated shipping date.
- Transit time depends on the shipping speed you select and is measured in business days. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are generally not included in the transit time unless a weekend delivery option is chosen at checkout. We also consider holidays when calculating transit time.
